OpenAI folded Chat, Work and Codex into one app and the rollout is a shambles. I opened it and couldn't even find my own custom GPTs. But underneath the mess, a billion people just got an AI agent, and the creative skill that suddenly matters isn't clever prompting. It's delegation, and designers have had it since design school.
