Stop using AI to replace your designers. Start building a cyborg studio.

Anthony Wood: AI Creative Team Training

Bespoke AI integration for design agencies and in-house brand teams. Led by Anthony Wood, former CEO at Shillington, with senior creative experience at Ogilvy and Havas

This isn't a workshop for everyone. It's built for two teams.

For design agencies You run a boutique studio or mid-size agency. Your team is good. Your clients are demanding faster turnarounds without paying more. You've watched competitors lean into AI and either nail it or produce slop that embarrasses the work. You want your team to lead, not catch up.

For in-house design and brand teams You run brand or design inside a larger business. The exec team is asking what your AI plan is. The marketing team is already using ChatGPT for everything, including things they shouldn't. You need a real strategy, governed workflows your CMO and Legal can sign off on, and a team that's confident — not anxious.

The design world just moved. Here's where your team needs to be.

The moment Figma acquired Weavy, the studios who were paying attention started building differently.

Linear chat interfaces (the "type something, get something, maybe use it" workflow) are being replaced. The agencies leading right now are inside node-based, non-destructive pipelines. They're building repeatable creative systems. Design machines that live where their teams already work, speak the brand's language, and produce at a pace that used to require twice the headcount.

We teach your team to build exactly that. Not a one-day workshop that generates enthusiasm, a Slack emoji reaction, and nothing else. A structured integration, built around your tools, your clients, your brand standards.

Figma Weave is the new standard. The question is whether your studio sets it, or scrambles to catch up.

"AI makes average infinite. Your taste is what's scarce."

Three pillars. One studio that scales without selling its soul.

  • Move beyond using AI as a Google-replacement.

We build custom Brand GPTs and Claude Skills that ingest your client data, brand history, and strategic frameworks, then output insights your team can actually use. Faster research. Sharper positioning. Briefings that take hours instead of days.

Your team's strategic thinking gets bigger. Not outsourced.

  • From "magic button" to mastery.

There's a workflow chasm between generating a single image and running a repeatable, brandable creative pipeline. We close it.

Your team learns to build structured Figma Weave workflows: non-destructive, version-controlled, collaborative. The kind of "design machine" that makes consistent high-quality output the default… not the exception.

  • Because your clients will ask.

IP ownership. Bias auditing. Human-in-the-loop documentation. These aren't optional extras, they're the difference between a studio that clients trust and a studio they're nervous about.

We build the ethical framework into the workflow from day one, so your team can answer the hard questions before anyone needs to ask them.

What an engagement actually looks like.

No two engagements are identical. That's the point. But every one of them moves through the same three phases.

  • A working session with your team leads to map current workflow, client expectations, brand standards, and the actual gaps. No assumptions, no template decks. We leave the call with a clear picture of where AI fits and where it shouldn't.

  • A bespoke programme tailored to your team. Could be a focused workshop series. Could be an embedded engagement across a quarter. Could be a Brand GPT and Figma Weave pipeline build, with your team in the room as we build it. Format follows need.

  • We don't drop and ghost. Every engagement ends with documented workflows, prompt libraries, and decision frameworks your team owns. So when the next tool drops (and it will), you adapt instead of starting over.

Engagement formats

We work in a few shapes. All bespoke, all priced on scope after the strategy call.

  • Single workshop for one team. Usually 8 to 20 people. Sets the foundation, builds shared vocabulary, gives the team one or two workflows to start using on Monday.

  • Multi-week structured integration. Combines live workshops, asynchronous lessons, project work on a real client brief, and 1:1 mentor time. Best for teams of 10 to 50.

  • We work alongside your team across a quarter or longer. Includes Brand GPT and Figma Weave build, documented playbooks, and ongoing support. For studios serious about making AI integration a competitive moat.

“We brought Anthony in to help our team better understand how AI fits into the creative process — cutting through the hype and making it relevant for designers.

The workshop was incredibly well received, with record attendance and strong engagement across both our HQ team and global contractors. Anthony struck the right balance between inspiration and practicality, giving us a framework that translated immediately into our actual workflows. I'd highly recommend his training to any creative organisation looking to integrate AI in a way that feels grounded, thoughtful, and genuinely useful for designers.”

“Anthony brings a level of agency pedigree and educational mastery that is rare in the AI space. His fireside chat and workshops gave our team the confidence to embrace AI as a strategic partner. Highly recommended for any studio looking to future-proof their creative workflow.”

Anthony Wood is the founder of House of gAi and former CEO of Shillington Education, the global design school that trained thosands of designers across Sydney, London, New York and Melbourne, Brisbane and Manchester.

Before Shillington he held senior creative roles at Ogilvy and Havas, working on campaigns for Diageo, Samsung, Jaguar, O2 and Queer Screen.

He's spent the last two years building the practical playbook for AI in creative agencies: which tools matter, which are hype, which workflows survive the next model release, and how to integrate any of it without losing the craft. House of gAi is queer-founded and proudly inclusive.

THE QUESTIONS DESIGN LEADERS ACTUALLY ASK US

  • Depends on shape. A half-day workshop is, well, half a day. A full programme usually runs four to eight weeks. An embedded engagement runs a quarter or longer. The strategy call is how we figure out what your team actually needs. We don't oversell length, and we don't undersell it either.

  • We've worked with teams of five and teams of fifty. The sweet spot for a workshop is eight to twenty people in the room (or on the call). For embedded work, team size matters less than the team's appetite to actually change how they work. If you have a smaller team and the right energy, we'll make it work.

  • Yes. We sign mutual NDAs as standard before any conversation that involves your client work, brand frameworks, or commercial setup. Send yours, or we'll send ours.

  • You do. Every asset built during an engagement (Brand GPTs, Claude Skills, Figma Weave pipelines, documented playbooks, prompt libraries) belongs to your team. We don't lock anything behind a House of gAi licence. Your IP is your IP.

  • The masterclass is built for individuals. Self-paced curriculum, cohort community, a personal portfolio project. It's brilliant for upskilling one designer.

This is built for teams. The work is your team's actual work. The workflows are designed for your tools, your clients, your governance. And the outcomes are measured at the studio level, not the individual level. Some studios send a few people to the masterclass first, then bring us in for a full programme once they've identified internal champions.

  • Everything is scoped after the strategy call, because the price of a half-day workshop and an embedded quarterly engagement aren't in the same conversation. What we can tell you upfront: we don't do "AI for everyone, $99 a head" volume training. Engagements start in the low five figures and scale from there based on scope, team size, and depth of integration.

  • This is exactly the conversation we're built for. The Ethical Architecture pillar isn't a footnote, it's a deliverable. We work with your Legal and compliance teams to document model usage, IP handling, data residency, training data provenance, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints. Several of our clients work in finance, healthcare, and CPG, where this matters enormously.

  • They will. That's the point of the programme. We don't teach you Figma Weave specifically. We teach your team how to think in node-based pipelines, how to evaluate any new tool against your studio's needs, and how to document workflows so they survive a tool migration. The skill is durable. The specific tool is not.

Your studio's next chapter starts with one conversation.

Every engagement begins with a Strategy Call. No deck, no sales script. We want to understand your team's current workflow, your clients' expectations, and where the gaps are before we recommend anything.

If it's a fit, we'll design a bespoke programme around your studio. If it's not, we'll tell you that too.

Either way, you'll leave the call with something useful.
